How big are the sizes?
X-Small: 2-4
Small: 6-8
Medium:10-12
Large:14-16
Generally, we advise people to buy larger since children tend to grow really fast. However, each child is different. For ages 2-4, if my child was three, I would suggest sticking with a 2-4. However, if he was 5 and bigger than kids his age, I would suggest a 6-8.
How do you wash the t-shirts?
We suggest washing in cold water, inside out. The shirts are also pre-shunk but since they are cotton, if you are really concerned about shrinking, air drying may be best.
How long will delivery take?
I would allow 2-3 weeks as a rule of thumb, although we work as hard as possible from the time we receive the order to when we ship it.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We adhere to the security laws governing security protocols on our website.
What exactly happens after ordering?
We get on it ASAP. We don't like waiting a long time, and so we don't want you to either.
How long does it take to design a personalized product?
It depends on the complexity of the design and the amount of workload that we have. Julie Fujii-Sakai personally hand draws an image, so between the arthritis and the carpel tunnel (joking :), a couple of weeks should be accurate!
Can you draw something for me?
Sure! Just e-mail us what you have in mind and we will let you know the price based on the time and intricacies involved. Considering that Julie hand draws it, standard fees will be applied.
